Urbanas tailgun position is coming along nicely. From centerline up will be original and the lower section is new. Thanks to Nick for all your help. This could have been a nightmare. I will be back on stingers before too long. Top turret shells in the future.

Did Nick help with donating parts for the Stinger tail turret? If I remember correctly he was trying to restore a tail turret himself.

Nick loaned the parts to Tom
to get a bearing on the Cheyenne
that he's working on. Once that
turret is done, he'll be free to work
on more structural parts.

Hint: 65-3470 Tail Cone Fairing

Cool...thanks for the update Bill!!

On a side note...I have the ball turret internal ammo cans back and will try to schedule a date soon to transport them down to Marengo and to see your operation up close. The guy that was supposed to restore the cans was jerking me around and just never seemed to find the time to work on them. I finally got tired of dealing with him and decided to take them back.
