Sperry A-5 autopilot control - SOLD

Sperry A-5 autopilot control box, designed for use in heavy bombers, and produced between 1941-1942.
Until the Air Corps cancelled the contract with Sperry and went exclusively with Norden and Honeywell units.
So it probably never saw anything other than stateside training missions, but would've been around for use in B-17E versions.
