This is not so. I am reading a library copy. I am glad I did not purchase it based on Amazon ad.

Not one new B-17 kit in 1/72 scale Revell and Airfix do not include pitot tubes. Airfix claims they are too small to reproduce to scale. lol.

Why is it that not one B-17 kit includes the Trailing Wire antenna tube??

I have always been curious about this question; Were any B 17 Y1B, b, C,D tail cones cut off as portrayed in the film and if yes is there any documentation? which ships?
