Great stuff! Can you explain what an "outer compression strut" assembly is, and where does it go? Also, is the last piece you post part of the underside nose structure? Thanks.

The last pic posted above has an AC serial number on the stowed ramps. After blowing it up and inverting the image in photoshop, I am almost certain it reads 41-2595. My guess is that something extensive was mounted in the interior of the nose. What's throwing me off is the patchwork paint-job. Rivets look like they were applied AFTER the paint. Maybe re-positioned navigator equipment?

The lesser-known birds from the Lost Squadron. They're still there for the taking, though I do believe Big Stoop's fuselage was crushed beyond recognition (didn't someone say they needed inner-wing panels?:).
