Originally registered as N3516G, this B-25 was one of two Paul Mantz air tankers sent to Venezuela in March 1960 to fight forest fires. It returned to the U.S. as a derelict in 1990. After a complicated set of trades, it was restored at Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, for the Naval Aviation Museum. It went on display in 1998. (Photo by Ron Strong) close
